Position Overview:
The Recruitment Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base in the UAE and Africa markets. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking professional with a strong background in recruitment and business development. This role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions to meet client needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
    Present and sell recruitment services and solutions to clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new business and growing existing accounts.
    Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements with clients.
    Monitor sales performance and report on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Team Coordination:
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
    Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated business strategies and solutions.
    Provide market feedback to the recruitment team to enhance service offerings.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
    Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
    Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities for senior management.
