Description

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a nursery for children aged 0-5 years.
• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children's learning and development.
• Leading and managing a team of nursery staff, including teachers, caregivers, and support staff.
• Implementing and maintaining the nursery's curriculum, aligned with local regulations and frameworks (e.g., Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)).
• Collaborating with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children. Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Supervise and mentor nursery staff, offering guidance and support as needed. 
2. Cultivate strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Maintain compliance with KHDA, Dubai Municipality, and DHA regulations, staying updated on childcare legislation and implementing necessary improvements.
4. Coordinate nursery events, staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. Support marketing efforts to promote the nursery and ensure high customer satisfaction
